Privacy Policy
Synedre collects the bare minimum, keeps it in Europe, and shares it with no one. Here is exactly what we do with your data.

Data controller
The synedre.com website is published by Alexandre Carette, sole trader. For any question about your data: contact@alexandrecarette.fr.
Data we collect
We only collect what you voluntarily provide through a form:
- Drill waitlist: your email address, and optionally your name and motivation.
- Artifacts (t-shirts) waitlist: your email address, the desired size and model.
Purposes and legal basis
This data is used solely to contact you about the relevant waitlist. The legal basis is your consent (GDPR, art. 6.1.a), given when you submit the form. You may withdraw it at any time.
Hosting and sovereignty
Your data is stored in a PostgreSQL database hosted on a server located in the European Union. No data is transferred outside the EU, and the site is subject to no extraterritorial access regime such as the Cloud Act.
Recipients
Your data is never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for commercial purposes. It is accessible only to the site publisher.
Retention
Your data is kept until you request its removal, or at most 36 months after the last contact, then deleted.
Analytics
Site traffic is measured with Matomo, first-party (self-hosted, EU), anonymised and without third-party tracking cookies. No advertising profiling is performed.
Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to, restrict, and port your data. To exercise them, write to contact@alexandrecarette.fr. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr).
